Savor and TTLT Internal Tools

Savor and TTLT Internal Tools is a private web application used by staff at The Table Less Traveled LLC (Savor Food Tours and The Table Less Traveled) to run their business operations. The purpose of this application is to give authorized team members secure access to the company's own business data and internal automations. It is a staff-only tool and is not a public product.

What the application does

The application provides three things to authorized staff:

• An AI data assistant that answers plain-language questions about the company's own data warehouse (for example about tour bookings, revenue, or guests) by running read-only queries and returning the results.
• A QuickBooks data sync that keeps the company's internal financial reporting up to date.
• Internal workflow automations — for example, drafting and sending email replies to incoming trip and tour inquiries so the team can respond quickly.

Signing in with Google — and the Google data we use

You sign in with your Google Workspace account. The app uses your Google identity (email and basic profile) only to confirm you are an authorized member of the team. On your behalf it then uses two Google services:

• Google BigQuery — to run read-only queries against the company's own data warehouse and return the answer (the AI data assistant).
• Gmail, send-only — to send outbound email replies to trip and tour inquiries on the team's behalf. This permission can only compose and send messages; it cannot read, list, or modify any existing email in the mailbox.

It requests no other Google data — no Drive, Calendar, contacts, or inbox-read access.

Who can use it

Access is restricted to specific, named employees and contractors of The Table Less Traveled LLC who have been granted the relevant permissions. It is not available to general Google users.
