Privacy Policy — Savor and TTLT Internal Tools

Last updated 2026-07-15. Covers the internal tools operated by Noah Consulting for The Table Less Traveled LLC (Savor Food Tours and The Table Less Traveled) — including the AI data assistant that provides read-only access to the company's BigQuery data warehouse, the QuickBooks Online data-sync connector, and related workflow automations.

Who operates this

These integrations are built and operated by Noah Consulting (hello@noah.consulting) on behalf of a specific client, The Table Less Traveled LLC, as part of a paid consulting engagement. They are not public products and are not available to other QuickBooks or Google users.

QuickBooks Online connector — what we access

With the client's explicit authorization (via QuickBooks' own consent screen), we read: invoices, bills, journal entries, purchases, deposits, sales receipts, vendors, customers, items, the chart of accounts, and classes. We do not access QuickBooks Payments or any card/payment data.

Google sign-in — what we access and send

When an authorized team member signs in with their Google account, we use their Google identity (email and basic profile) only to confirm they are an authorized user. On their behalf, the app then uses two Google services:

We request no other Google data — no Drive, Calendar, contacts, or inbox-read access. Google user data is used solely to provide these features and is never sold, transferred, or used for advertising, and is never used to train any generalized or third-party AI/ML model. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use the data

Data is loaded into, or read from, a private Google Cloud (BigQuery) data warehouse and used exclusively for the client's own internal reporting and analysis. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used to train any external or generative AI model.

How it's stored and secured

OAuth credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager, never in source code or logs. Access to the underlying data and credentials is restricted to the client's named, authorized team and Noah Consulting via scoped Google Cloud IAM permissions. All connections use HTTPS/TLS.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained for the duration of the consulting engagement. The client may revoke the QuickBooks connection at any time from within QuickBooks (Apps → Manage), and Google access can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account permissions page — either of which stops all further data access. Deletion of previously synced data can be requested at any time by contacting hello@noah.consulting.
